Respiratory, ear, nose & throat
Cough, congestion, sore throat, cold or flu-like symptoms, earaches, sinus symptoms, seasonal allergies and selected mild breathing concerns.
We evaluate a broad range of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. When your symptoms need more answers, Choice can add on-site labs, imaging, IV treatment, specialty input and direct hospital admission when appropriate.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, heartburn, dehydration, dizziness and urinary burning, frequency or discomfort.
Sprains, strains, suspected minor fractures, back or neck pain, joint pain, sports injuries, wounds, sutures, splinting and other minor procedures.
Selected chest-pain or shortness-of-breath evaluations, possible blood-clot concerns, abnormal vital signs and other presentations where lab testing, EKG, imaging or observation may help determine the next step.
If inpatient care is needed, Choice can arrange direct hospital admission for appropriate stable patients once accepted by the receiving hospital, allowing them to bypass the ER. Life-threatening or unstable emergencies require emergency services.
