Start with a clinical evaluation
Your clinician evaluates your symptoms, performs an examination and decides whether advanced imaging is medically appropriate. When needed, on-site labwork can be completed as part of the same workup.
For many appropriate patients, evaluation, needed labwork, CT or MRI, the radiology report and a discharge plan can be completed in about two hours from check-in. Timing varies.

Choice works directly with our radiology partner, SOL Radiology, for CT and MRI—helping us keep the imaging step connected to your urgent-care evaluation rather than simply handing you an outside order and ending the visit.
After the scan, the report is incorporated into your clinical evaluation so the result can guide treatment and disposition.
