Core lab testing
Depending on your presentation, on-site testing may include CBC, CMP/BMP and urinalysis, helping us evaluate infection, anemia, kidney function, electrolytes, glucose and other common urgent-care concerns.
Many urgent-care decisions depend on timely lab results. Choice can perform a broad set of tests on-site so your clinician can connect the result to your symptoms, examination and treatment plan during the same visit.

Viral swabs and other point-of-care testing are available when clinically appropriate, allowing results to inform treatment during the visit.
Troponin, D-dimer and BNP testing are available in house when clinically appropriate as part of a clinician-directed evaluation. These tests do not replace emergency evaluation when symptoms or findings require a higher level of care.
Your clinician interprets results alongside your history and examination. If you need imaging, IV treatment or specialty input, we can continue the workup—and when inpatient care is needed, arrange direct hospital admission for appropriate stable patients once accepted by the receiving hospital.
